I've written down some bits and pieces that will give a little insight into the different parts of whats been happening in my life.
Now I never meant
To do you wrong
Thats what I came here to say
But if I was wrong
Then Im sorry
I dont let it stand in our way
As my head just aches
When I think of The things
that I shouldnt have done
But, life is for living
We all know
And I dont wanna live it alone
- Coldplay "Life Is For Living"
We have been saved by grace, and i can think of no other response but service in gratitude.
- AG
I shall never be a GPA slave...
- MM rehearsal, friday night
Sometimes I think of Abraham
How one star he saw had been lit for me
He was a stranger in this land
And I am that, no less than he
And on this road to righteousness
Sometimes the climb can be so steep
I may falter in my steps
But never beyond Your reach
- Rich Mullins, "Sometimes by Step"
Last but not least, i would like to mention that "Fresh Faith by Jim Cymbala" is a great book that gives new perspectives on faith. And it corrects some of the wrong notions i have had. I have read 2 books on faith consecutively now this past few months.
Both have renewed my vigour for a Christ led life and to be like a particular king who was a man after God's own heart and who walked in all His ways and obeyed Him.
